When you place an order we collect your name, email address, phone number, delivery address and the reference photos you upload. Payment is processed securely by Razorpay — we never see or store your card details.
How we use your information
We use your details only to create your artwork, keep you updated about your order, deliver it to you, and provide customer support. Your reference photos are used solely to create your commissioned portrait.
Photo privacy
Your uploaded photos are private. We never share, sell or publish them without your explicit permission. If you allow us to feature the finished artwork in our gallery, we will ask you first.
Data retention
Order records are kept for accounting and warranty purposes. You may request deletion of your photos and personal data at any time by contacting us.
