Every KR Drawings portrait is handmade to order, so our refund policy balances fairness with the custom nature of our work.
Free preview & revisions
Before shipping, you receive a digital preview of your portrait. We offer unlimited reasonable revisions at this stage until you are happy with the artwork.
Cancellations
You may cancel for a full refund any time before the artist starts your sketch. Once sketching has begun, a 50% refund is available. After the preview has been approved by you, the order cannot be cancelled.
Damaged in transit
If your artwork arrives damaged, send us unboxing photos within 48 hours of delivery and we will redo the portrait or issue a full refund — your choice.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
